"Music is my religion" - Jimi Hendrix

You either get it or you dont, but nothing hits me as hard as hearing live music, by amazingly talented local artists!

Its a sensation that I cant quite describe, it transcends the boundaries of language and speaks directly to the soul!!

Music has always been a passion of mine, but I'm really enjoying getting out there and seeing new artists....you may even see me up there soon 😉 watch this space!

Its more than just Muay Thai 🇹🇭 🥊

Its a safe space, weird calling it that when you get knees to the stomach, and beaten up on the daily. 😄 🤣

But it genuinely is a safe space for people to come and work through whatever they got going on and for fitness obviously 😉

Some would say its luck, but ive manoeuvred my way into these positions, sometimes days like this remind me im doing okay...but there's always a dream in sight 😉...and ive only just tickled that dream 😉 💪🏻 by @zack.brar
