There’s nothing quite like producing the National Spelling Bee.
For a few days, a room full of kids reminds all of us what preparation, determination, and composure look like under pressure. Watching these spellers step onto that stage—after months or years of hard work—is genuinely inspiring.
I’m grateful to be part of the team that helps bring it to life. We have the best team ever under the best leadership of @aliwat
Congratulations to every speller who competed. Congrats, Shrey!! by @zackdirects

‘A.W.A.R.E.’ tells the story of Jess Miller, a woman struggling with agoraphobia who can’t leave her house. One cold night, a man appears at her door. Jess’ worst fears are realized when the man forces his way in and Jess is left with a horrifying realization: He’s in the house and she can’t leave. #rbiff #filmfestival #beaches #horror https://rbiff2025.eventive.org/films/a-w-a-r-e-68c4a37c4a5a549b8e90558c taken in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware by @zackdirects

🎥🏆 A.W.A.R.E. Wins Best Cinematography at Highlands Horror Film Fest!

Huge congratulations to our incredible cinematographer Dave Carroll and gaffer Lou Blackmon for bringing such striking visuals and atmosphere to life. Their artistry and precision made every frame of A.W.A.R.E. pulse with tension, beauty, and dread — the kind of horror that lingers.

We’re so proud to see their work recognized at Highlands Horror Film Fest, and grateful to the festival for celebrating independent horror and the craft that makes it shine.

🔥 On to the next festivals: New Jersey Mystery, Crime & Horror Film Festival and Rehoboth International Film Festival — see you there!

As we wrap this chapter of our journey, I want to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude to the incredible cast and crew who poured their hearts into this film. Every long night, every long take, every moment of dedication—you all gave your best, and it shows in every frame.

Filmmaking is never a solo endeavor. It’s built on trust, passion, and the collective effort of talented individuals coming together to tell a story. I’m beyond lucky to have worked with such a hardworking, creative, and supportive team.

Thank you for believing in this project, for bringing it to life, and for making this experience unforgettable. This film wouldn’t be what it is without each and every one of you.

Here’s to the work, the memories, and whatever comes next! 🎥❤️

We’re in the FINAL DAY of our campaign, and we need your help to cross the finish line! We’ve just received our GREEN LIGHT from Seed & Spark for reaching 87% of our goal. Every dollar raised on this final day goes directly towards bringing our vision to life—covering crucial production costs, elevating our set design, and ensuring we can make this film as powerful as possible.

And we have some exciting news—we are thrilled to welcome Isabelle Poloner to the cast! You may recognize Isabelle from The Green Veil, Law & Order: SVU, and the upcoming Peacock Drama Long Bright River alongside Amanda Seyfried. We couldn’t be more excited for her to bring her incredible talent to this project.

Now is the time to make a difference! If you’ve been thinking about donating, this is your last chance to be a part of something special. Every contribution, big or small, helps us tell this story the way it deserves to be told.

Donate now and help us make this film a reality!

Thank you for believing in this project—we can’t wait to share it with you!
