3 years, three years of being the best bartender I’ve ever been, 3 years of loving what I do. It’s been 3 years since I started at ceegees and it’s been a ride. From the friendships to the viral videos to just being better in the industry. Working here has become more than just a job, it’s become a part of me. It’s been the late nights, the close-opens the celebrations, the 6 days in a row. It’s all been a blessing.

If you would have asked me 3 years ago where I would see myself, it wouldn’t be where I am today. My co-workers have become family, even the ones who don’t work here anymore. The friendships I’ve made from this job and this industry are some of the best friends I’ve had, the connections I’ve made have opened up endless amounts of doors for me. A huge thank you to everyone who has ever enjoyed one of my drinks or my service, thank you to everyone who has ever supported me and being apart of this journey with me. This is only the beginning for me and everyday I try and push the boundaries and push myself to continue to be better and make every single person who comes into this bar to have a great time and continue to come back and support. Cheers to many more good eats, good drinks and great times. I love all of you 🖤🫶🏻

The man, the myth and the jersey shore legend. I contemplated on even making a post because so many are posting and grieving. But then I realized that you deserve every single post.

Years before I even got into this industry I knew who you were, I’d go to bar A and see you and Tony at the shot wheel when I was freshly 21. Years past and I wanted to become a bartender, I was working as a server at Texas Roadhouse and on a whim I DM’d you asking what’s the best way to become as good as you were, you answered some random kid you didn’t know. We talked a little and I took some of your advice. Almost 4-5 years later I started working at ceegees where I met you and started to build a relationship. You became one of my friends. A great friend even without seeing each other much. I was at your house not to long ago after dish’s birthday and I was telling you and Tobias how crazy it was how just a couple years ago you had no idea who I was and how you probably don’t even remember the Dm. And now here I was sitting in your house after a night out having a drink and just bullshitting. One of our speedtins videos went viral and you were getting so much backlash on the product and we spoke about it and I told you don’t let it bother you and that it’s all publicity and any publicity is good publicity for the product. I appreciated you for having my beards back 🤣Everyone at ceegees loved it. Everyone who used the products loved it. I loved making the videos for you and with you because I knew how passionate you were about it and I was 100% down to do anything I could to help promote even if it meant getting roasted in the comments 🤣. I just spoke to you on Mother’s Day about hitting 1m views on the video and how it must have been my beard (even tho we know Haley carried me).

This industry forces us to hide our emotions, mask our feelings. No matter what we’re going through the show must go on, the smile the dap ups the hugs the celebrating someone’s birthday it’s all on us as the Bartender to continue to bring the joy and the fun. 1 year ago today my whole life changed for the better, 1 year ago you were born into this crazy world. If you were to ask me if I was ready I would have told you as prepared as I could be, I was TERRIFIED but never showed it to anyone except Samantha, But I’ve also never been so excited in my life. Gunnar Harrison Schultz you are my greatest accomplishment in life, you bring me so much joy and happiness I never knew I had. You are the goofiest most happy playful little human being who brings so much brightness into a dark world. 1 year later I’m still learning and still love you more and more everyday I get to be your dad. This has been a stressful year without a doubt, many sleepless nights, many days not knowing what I’m doing sometimes but at the end of the day I figured it out and will ALWAYS figure it out for you. Looking back a year ago to this day feels like forever ago but also feels like yesterday crying that you were finally here. You are loved by SO many baby boy and bring joy to every room you crawl/stumble walk into. You have to much to bring to this world and I will be by your side every step of the way.
