After Clinic is open.

I’m live tonight at 8pm GMT. Come and say hello.

It’s my private community for the belly that won’t move and the sugar that keeps creeping, using the food you grew up on.

Every Sunday at 7pm GMT I go live inside and we read members’ labs together.

The 14 day Founding Challenge starts November 9.

Founding members pay $49 a month and keep that price for as long as they stay.

From December 1 it’s $79 for new members.

Fatty liver is what it sounds like. Fat has started collecting inside your liver where it does not belong.

And for a lot of people this is not really a liver problem on its own. It is your metabolism flagging something.

Think about how much your liver quietly runs in the background. Your sugar, your fat, your cholesterol, the toxins it clears, the hormones it helps manage, the energy it keeps in reserve. So when fat starts building up inside it, that is usually a sign something further up the chain is off. Could be insulin resistance. Could be more food coming in than your body has any use for. Sometimes it is alcohol. Sometimes it is a medication you have been taking for something else entirely.

The part that catches people is how quiet it stays. You will not feel it. Nothing hurts, nothing obvious, and you can carry it for years without a single warning.

Meanwhile it tends to sit right next to the things you already worry about. The belly fat that will not go away no matter your efforts. The blood pressure creeping up at every check. The cholesterol your doctor mentioned once. Prediabetes, then type 2, and eventually the heart.

So the whole cleanse idea kind of misses it. No tea, no three day flush is undoing this. The liver got fatty because of the environment it was sitting in, and that environment is the thing that actually changes.

Part one is just this. What fatty liver really is, and why you do not want to leave it sitting.

Insulin resistance can look like:
Skin Tags, darker skin folds at the neck and groin, fatty liver, belly fat, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, blurry vision, tiredness after meals, frothy urine, sugar cravings etc. by @zacksfever

Most people have never been taught how to squat properly. And it shows.

In this session I’m working with a client on the basics of squat mechanics.

No barbell, no load. Just a bodyweight squat, because that’s where it always starts.

You can’t build on a broken foundation.

Movement change takes weeks, months, sometimes longer.

Add a barbell, fatigue, or heavier load and it becomes a different conversation entirely.

This is one step in a much longer process.
But every process has a starting point.

If your squat has never been coached, this is your sign. 👇 by @zacksfever

“But doctor, she was so active. She walked every morning.”

I hear this from families in the emergency room, usually after a fall that shouldn’t have broken anything.

Walking is good for your heart, and I’ll never ask a woman to stop her Saturday aerobics.

The problem sits somewhere else. From your 30s the body slowly lets go of muscle.
After menopause, bone starts leaving too, quickly. The jogging doesn’t reach that part.

Muscle also does quiet work you never see. After you eat, it’s the biggest place your body puts the sugar from your rice, your fufu. When it shrinks, that sugar waits in your blood instead. That’s one reason fasting glucose creeps up in women whose diet never changed.

Bone rebuilds when you make it carry something. There’s a study that showed that when postmenopausal women, underwent heavy supervised lifting, and their spine density went UP.

And no, you won’t grow muscles like a man. You’d need his testosterone for that.

Keep the aerobics. Add something heavy twice a week. That’s the whole prescription. by @zacksfever
