Join this new public workshop, formerly exclusive to the Soho House community. A guide to me offers two core benefits: + Through several psychotherapist-led exercises you’ll go on a journey to know yourself deeply. We’ll create your individual map of the world, to become deeply aware of how culture, history, personal / collective trauma all shape who you have become. + With this knowledge, we begin to create ‘a guide to me’ a mature guide on what you need, your map of desire and how to love you well. A manual for those who truly care about loving you well. For single people, and those in relationships — this is open for all. There will be at least 6 opportunities to join us before the year is up, with small intimate groups to ensure the safety of the shares. Send me a DM to join, or learn more. by @zackyoung

Over the coming months I will be bringing many more metaphysical realms to my practice. Tarot has been with us since the 1400s, it’s a powerful way to bring into frame non-material data — and I have been using it in my life and work for over 10 years. My capacity to tune into energy and channel messages has been refined, and I feel ready to offer this to those who feel called. This afternoon I’m at my favourite burger place in Mexico City. Offering tarot readings in collaboration with @bobo.burgers.mx Alongside my physical readings, you can book a one or three card energy reading wherever you are in the world. A link will soon appear on this profile, where you can book for a small energy exchange and access such non-material insight. I would recommend tarot as a tool whenever you have a big decision ahead, are awaiting news, feel lost or stuck — or the material realm is not serving you and you need energetic guidance. “Free, from all old stories I’ve been told I walk through the valley of my own shadow Free, from all old stories I’ve been told I walk through the valley of my own shadow Creating concrete visions of a macrocosmic prism With a brilliant optimism and appropriate ambition To be open from the center, redirected to the moment This is it, love, this is it, love, unrestrainable nature This is it, love This is it, love This is it, love…” 📍 CDMX taken in Mexico City, Mexico by @zackyoung

Mexico City has my heart. ❤️🇲🇽 This week was filled with so many beautiful moments, experiences, and people. I did my first speaking engagement at Google event, worked from dreamy cafes and bookstores, wandered the streets, connected with old friends and made some new ones, and loved every minute in this magical city. taken in Mexico City, Mexico by @zackyoung
