2025 was a defining year. What started as a focused marketing operation evolved into a fully connected growth ecosystem across Veblen Group, Talentport & Synapsis One. This year we: • Scaled revenue 5× • Grew the team 4× • Won multiple local & national awards • Passed 35,000 followers • Added new licenses & capabilities to take on bigger, more complex work But the part I’m most proud of isn’t the numbers. We helped great businesses finally get paid what they’re worth. Better positioning. Stronger packaging. More reach. More profit. Turning solid companies into scalable ones. Marketing creates demand. Together we build full AI systems and deep business intelligence, run recruitment operations through Talentport, create cinematic marketing and videography, and deliver high performance ads and lead generation for major brands What moves me most is the trust. Large companies now rely on us for everything from finding their key people to powering their technology and telling their brand story. When I came back to Australia just over a year ago, I had a dream to build something meaningful. With my co-founder, @luke_vaughan , that dream became @veblengrp our first company, focused on marketing. But we soon realised we were helping clients with far more than just marketing. So we launched @talentport.au , to connect businesses with the right talent, and @synapsisone , to bring the power of AI and automation to companies helping them save time, increase efficiency, and unlock new growth. In such a short time, Veblen Group has grown into multiple companies, a global team, and a client base that stretches across Australia and internationally. And yet, this is only the start.
