Today marked a major milestone in my journey as a chiropractic student 🤍 My white coat ceremony represents the transition from the academic side of learning into more hands-on, clinical practice.

I’m incredibly excited to serve patients this year in clinic and continue growing into my career and craft.

I am officially a Florida Atlantic University Alumna. Graduating with a Bachelor of Science In Exercise Science and Health Promotion with honors (magma cum laude).

During my time at FAU, I have been forced to grow as an individual and blessed to make my experience one that prepares me best for my future. I have also experienced my greatest loss and pain. Losing my dad to cancer in my junior year. Nonetheless, I am proud of myself for staying the course and being resilient and focused even though my life had changed drastically.

My dad was my biggest supporter in all aspects of my college experience, he truly believed in me and without him I probably wouldn’t have attended this university. Although it deeply saddens me that he was not able to witness me graduate physically.

Moving forward I dedicate my journey to making him even more proud by being/doing the best that I can in everything I put my mind to. For everything that he has done for me along with my mother and family, that is the least I can do to show my respect, appreciation and gratitude. ❤️
