Something that helped me: comparing where I am to a year ago, not a month ago.

Week to week, it rarely looks like much. The same tasks, the same problems, the feeling that nothing is really changing.

But when I look back over a full year, the difference is usually clear. Things that used to take me hours are routine now. Problems that felt huge are just part of the job.

Progress is hard to see up close. Sometimes you just need to step back far enough to notice it.🤍

What people don’t always see are the decisions, sacrifices, doubts, and lessons behind the scenes.

Building something you believe in is exciting, but it also challenges you in ways you never expected.

The wins are visible. The work behind them usually isn’t.

Being a founder is way less serious than it looks from the outside.

From the outside it’s the title and the events and the “what do you do.” Up close it’s me rewarding a small win with ice cream and packing my laptop before I remember to pack clothes.
