5 MONTHS POST-OP. 💪🏾🏳️‍⚧️🔥

These scars aren't imperfections. They're reminders of battles fought, prayers answered, and freedom earned.

I didn't become a man 5 months ago. I've always been one 🫡.

But damn, it feels good to finally see myself. 🖤

Some of the heaviest battles are fought in silence. Check on your people, love on your people, and never assume someone is okay just because they look okay. 🖤

Real question: When was the last time somebody genuinely asked how YOU were doing?

Some people fear the dark. Some of us learned how to live in it. 😈

There's a certain intimacy between a man and his darkness. A silent understanding that requires neither explanation nor forgiveness.

The mirror reveals what the world was never meant to understand.

No fear. No resistance. No desire to escape.

After all, what is a demon to a man who has never mistaken the darkness for an enemy? 🖤🪞

👀's are a doorway...

There's a story behind these eyes that words will never fully explain.
A little pain
a lot of healing
and a man who's finally learning what peace feels like. 🖤🥃

Different city. Same Different city. Same pressure. 😮‍💨🔥

Some trips are vacations. Others remind you who TF you are. 💯

🇺🇸 4th of July in LA.
⚾️ First Dodgers game.
💙 Amazing friends. Unforgetable memories.

Sometimes life reminds you to stop chasing the next goal and just enjoy the moment 🙌🏾

I remember when the smile the world saw was nothing more than a well-painted mask.

Inside, I was crumbling. Depressed. Broken. Screaming for help, but unable to find the words. I hated my reflection. There were nights I would come home, sit alone in the dark for hours, and wonder if life was even worth continuing. I contemplated suicide so often that I could hear my own thoughts debating how I should do it.

Then one day, early in my transition, I heard God's voice say, "I haven't forgotten you. I've been waiting for you."

From that moment on, He slowly began placing people in my life who wanted nothing from me except to show me His love through their actions. He sent mentors. He gave me a church family, with awesome Pastor. He connected me to community. He gave me reminders that I wasn't alone—even while I was losing almost everything I had built during my 10 years in Las Vegas.

Fast forward three years.

Today, I'm sitting in a park at Pride in my birth city—the same city where my body experienced some of its deepest trauma—with the biggest, most authentic smile on my face. For the first time in my life, I feel genuinely happy inside and out.

Pride Month hits different this year.

I'm finally free.
I'm finally happy.
And more than anything, I'm grateful that I am still here. 🏳️‍⚧️❤️

This season called: I match energy ✨️
The effort, the presence, the loyalty — all of it.
If you don’t hear from me, see me, or have access to me like before… 👀 at what you’ve been giving.

I’m no longer overextending myself for people committed to giving me the bare minimum.

5/27/26 🗓️✨
2 years of fighting for this moment.
So many tears. So many “almosts.” 💭
So many emotions I had to sit with alone. But last night?
I danced like freedom was already mine 🕺🏾💫
Because the little boy who used to stand in the mirror imagining pecs…
Is finally getting everything he prayed for. 🪞💙
Big Z outside. 😎
Little Z healed. ❤️‍🩹
