What you see on the field is only the result.
The real work happens in the training.

Strength. Power. Speed. Conditioning.

Talent will only take you so far.
Hard work beats talent when talent doesn’t work hard.

If you want to learn how to apply real rugby-specific strength & conditioning on the field, I can help you.

DM “START” and begin training like a professional rugby player. 🏉

Draaifontein was baie opwindend gewees. Great tyd gehad.
