Do some shoots* for fun! It's important to do some work without the stress of work commitments like due dates, other edits etc.

@rcc_rh3 is another regular model of mine and we were talking about a shoot using photoshop on a projector as the light, vibe!

I’m smiling in this photo.

Which is kinda funny because I had pretty much decided @alltimenomoney was over.

This was Emo Ball 2023. Our last one at Convenients.

Most people had no idea what was happening behind the scenes. My 2023 invoices remained unpaid. Two years earlier I'd closed my other business.

Some people walked into that event knowing they might not get paid.

And they fucking showed up anyway.

A few months later Convenients was gone.

And for a while I really thought maybe we were too.

I didn’t know if we’d come back.

I didn’t even know if I wanted to.

But apparently this emo party refuses to die.

Three years later we’re taking the 8th Emo Ball to Amplifier.

And this year I want to acknowledge the people who carried us through that night when everything was fucked.

I remember.

I always will.

Still fucking here. 🖤

Bali Breakthrough Retreat 2026

Can’t believe it’s already been a week.

Seven days ago we were in Bali, three days deep into our third annual retreat. And honestly, unless you were in that room, these photos don’t do it justice.

For six years the mission hasn’t changed. Put our clients in rooms that actually shift something and help them break through the ceiling they’ve been stuck under.

We didn’t market this event. Not a single post. Not a single ad.

That’s deliberate. Our events are invite-only, because the room is the product. Get the mix wrong and it’s just a conference. Get it right and it changes what people believe is possible.

So here’s who was in it. Guys sitting at $30K to $50K a month, and a few already past seven figures. Different stages, same problem underneath. Every one of them the bottleneck in their own business.

Three days pulling that apart, then rebuilding a clear picture of where they’re actually going.

I’d like to think what I had to say landed. But the real value was the room, and everything that happened outside it.

This wasn’t three days buried in a conference room. Breath work and yoga as the sun came up.

Heads-down work through the middle of the day. Space to go build on their own.

Long dinners where the real conversations happened.
That’s the part you can’t manufacture.

Guys who’ve been grinding alone for years, finally sitting across from people who actually get it.

For what we’re building at Video Agency OS, this is just the start. Sixth event now, and nothing beats taking this thing off the screen and into a room.

After coaching 300+ video agency owners, it still gets me every time. The stories, the struggle, what it actually cost them to get here. Grateful they trust us with the next part of it.

Big shoutout to @zanderrrrr & @germen.barroga. You 2 carried this. Wouldn’t have been the same without you.

Perth in November is next. Same rule. Invite-only, same calibre of room, video agency owners serious about getting to seven figures.

And if you were in the room, you know we unveiled the mission.

100 clients to seven figures by 2030. We hit that, we’re celebrating it in Patagonia.
