Women’s Circle in Amsterdam 🌙🤍This Monday, under the waning gibbous moon, we gathered at Happy Tea for an evening of journaling, gratitude, meditation, reflection, and heartfelt connection.Recently, I wrote a Substack called Why Women Need Other Women, exploring the science and my experience behind something many of us intuitively know: our nervous systems relax in the presence of safe, supportive female connection. When women gather, we can finally exhale. We can stop performing and simply be.And that’s exactly what happened.It was a beautiful reminder that women have been gathering in circles for generations.. not just to talk, but to witness, support, celebrate, and heal together.Thank you to every woman who joined us.
