Scripture talks about how all the hairs on our head are numbered, so that means if one falls of, God is aware, He knows our every pain point, so if we believe this, why do we worry so much? Why do we have all these anxiety about “what next?”
What if “what next” was just to believe that God has you sorted, in the good and the bad? Of what good is it to worry so much anyways? It barely changes anything. What changes everything is trusting that God knows you to the point where He numbered every hair on your head, and so when one falls off, He’s aware and knows what to do about that. You are far more precious to God than you know.

One thing that has helped my heart, as a person that God delivered from crippling anxiety is prayer of contemplation. Prayer of contemplation is such a beautiful form of prayer, sitting down, quieting your heart and pondering on the beauty of God. Thinking carefully about how mighty God is, gazing at His marvelous work, meditating on His words and His creation, and seeing how minute my problems are in the hands of God, given that He picks the whole earth as tho it were a grain of sand (Isaiah 40:15)

When you contemplate God, you find that you’re more grateful to God, than anxious, it really helps your heart.

Rest your heart, your Heavenly Father is in charge of your life. He’ll take care of you. ❤️🫶🏼

Prayer works, not in the way we’d always expect, but in the way that’s best for us. If we all knew what God knows, we will accept so freely the result of the prayers He grants.

This is why it’s so important to submit our desires to God at all times, that way, there’s an exchange, He will shape our wishes to be aligned with His will for us, and that way, He fulfills those desires(Psalms 37:4) 🫪🫶🏼 by @zaraisdocumenting
