Last tournament with my girls 〽️💖

The first travel team I ever played with and a group of girls who will always be family to me. We finished 3rd out of 10 teams. Obviously not the way we wanted to finish, but I’m still so proud of the run we had, especially playing against older girls and competing the way we did.

To all the seniors heading off to college, I genuinely can’t thank you enough for the memories, the laughs, and everything we went through together. You guys will always have such a special place in my heart. I’m going to miss you so much, but I’ll always be cheering you on and can’t wait to see everything you accomplish. 🫶🏽

Wouldn’t have wanted to share these memories with anyone else. Forever family. ❤️

Excellence.

Everybody talks about it. Everybody wants it.

But for us, excellence isn’t a trophy, a ranking, or a social media highlight.

It’s showing up when nobody’s watching.
It’s putting in the work when it’s inconvenient.
It’s choosing discipline over excuses.
It’s earning the right to improve every single day.

That’s how we define excellence.

Maybe you see it differently.

What does excellence mean to you?

Excellence isn’t staying satisfied with what you’ve already done.

It’s chasing the next level. Every rep. Every drill. Every opportunity to improve.

This weekend, the athletes from @isaiah.hall.agf were back in The LAB putting in work. Sharpening movement. Developing skills.

Finding ways to get better when nobody’s watching.

Success isn’t a destination. It’s the standard.

And while we were at it, we may have been cooking up some special content for the flag football world. 👀

Stay tuned for “The Work” taken in The LAB by @zariahinmotion
