Before we crash and burn 🚀✨🎶 I wrote this song back in 2020 about cycles and unstable relationship dynamics while having bpd (though tbh it could be applied to different relationships I’ve had throughout the years). Noticing these patterns and learning skills through dbt (especially distress tolerance and interpersonal effectiveness skills) has been super life changing. My song crash is now on all streaming platforms so if you like it, make sure you listen to it ☺️ Song - Crash Music & Lyrics - by me 🎶✨ Mixing & Mastering - by @authentik.603 🎧 by @zasxee

I wrote Crash originally in 2020 about unstable relationship cycles in bpd (as well as crashing out/intense emotions). This song is one of my fun songs, despite the subject matter. With dbt (and emdr), I’ve gotten better with interpersonal relationships in general (though it’s always something I’m working on to break those cycles entirely) by @zasxee

And start again 🎶 Ramekin is probably my favorite song I’ve written. Originally it was 3 different song ideas, but the themes of breaking cycles, rewriting your own narrative, and self-improvement made me mix it all together into one cohesive song (which is the short version of why it’s even called “Ramekin” lol). It’s a part of a much larger project I’ve been working on (which it’s aaaallllmostttt done 👀), but here’s another sneak peek ✨ by @zasxee

I wrote a song about Splitting in bpd (prior to starting dbt) as part of my upcoming concept album 🌸 I have always tried to be very open about my mental health and therapy, and look forward to finally sharing music I wrote about it ☺️🌼 Song - Splitting by me Mixed/Mastered - @authentik.603 at @theboomboomroom727 by @zasxee
