There’s something special about a mother whose love leaves a lasting mark on the person you become. The older you get, the more you understand the sacrifices, the prayers, the lessons, and the little things that never seemed so big until you grew up. A mother teaches you more than what to do. She shows you how to love, how to keep going when life gets hard, and how to care for people even when it costs you something. And as life goes on, the goal is to carry those lessons forward, to love a little deeper, give a little more, and become someone she can be proud of. Some of the greatest things a mother leaves behind aren’t things you can hold. They’re the parts of her that live on in you. “Her children arise up, and call her blessed.” — Proverbs 31:28 💜 by @zay.mattison

There’s something special about having a Father worth becoming like.❤️‍🔥 The goal is to walk like Him, love like Him, lead like Him, and carry myself in a way that reflects Him. Not just in the moments when people are watching, but in the quiet moments when nobody else sees. Being a man of God means more than knowing His Word. It means allowing His Word to shape the way you live, the way you love, and the way you treat people. The closer the walk with the Father, the more His character should begin to show in the son. The goal isn’t just to call Him Father. It’s to live in a way that shows whose son you are. ✝️ “The Son can do nothing of himself, but what he seeth the Father do.” - John 5:19 by @zay.mattison

“For the LORD shall be thy confidence.” — Proverbs 3:26 Having everything figured out isn’t a requirement for walking in confidence. There’s a difference between being confident in who you are and thinking you have it all together. Real growth comes from knowing your identity in Christ, staying humble enough to learn, and trusting God through the process.✝️ Some days bring clarity. Other days require nothing but faith. Both are part of the journey. The goal isn’t to prove something to everybody. It’s to become the man God called you to be and trust Him with what’s beyond your control. At the end of the day, it’s about becoming a man God can trust with what He’s placed in his hands.❤️‍🔥 by @zay.mattison
