During Congressional Black Caucus Week in Washington, DC, the messages from the stage at Them2Us’ Leaders of the South: The Black & Brown Affair were powerful.

Calls to vote rang through the room, and the commitment to elevating the Black community and strengthening democracy was on full display.

Thank you to Fatima Heyward, Mayor Nathan G. Alexander III, J.D., Isaiah Martin, and Dr. Kenneth McCants-Pearsall for sharing your voices. And thank you to everyone who came together for the conversation.
