An out of body experience of seeing yourself burn through cremation...

Hand. I betray my urge to keep still and quiet.

Throat. I plead, and in the heart of my buried memories; I remember a voice.

Eyes. I remember that time I woke my wife in her sleep.

I argue for salvation, and a moment for disbelief.

Belly. It was a hot summer day, my body was small, and my stomach was sick.

3:00 Until Arrival

Feet. I put my arms out ready to catch her from stumbling.

Cheeks. I remember my life in its entirety and smile so much my cheeks feel like they're burning.

Ears.

I hate feelings. It’s messy, clumsy, stupid, and unbearable. Day by day I go a little crazier, push a little more, then pull back just as much. No matter how much I pull away, you’ll always reel me in like a fish on a hook. A hook I can’t untangle myself from.

Reportage 01: THE MIND VS THE BRAIN

The pathologist had a conversation with a philosopher. And they were debating on whether or not the mind was a completely different identity of the person who once existed once life ceases. The brain, on the other hand, takes us on a very objective take on one's existence.

The brain-in-a-vat experiment became a different story when the dead body was put in the morgue for an examination. The brain is dead, but the mind lives on.

Ang mga litrato ay walang buhay, ngunit pinapaalala nito sa atin na minsan itong nangyari. Sa paglipas ng panahon, ang iba sa mga litratong ito ay kasama pa natin, habang ang iba ay wala na sa mundong ito. Masakit mawalan ng mahal sa buhay, ngunit mas masakit kung ang may kasalanan nito ay ang baluktot na sistemang mayroon tayo. Ang pelikulang ito ay isinulat ko mula sa isang lumang litrato.

Tulungan niyo kaming bigyang-buhay ang pelikulang ito! Anumang halaga ay makatutulong upang mas mapalapit ang pelikulang ito sa katuparan. Malaki ang magiging kahulugan ng bawat donasyon para sa akin at sa aming buong team.
