The Lord corrected me as I was doing these things, I’m presenting my body as a living sacrifice holy and acceptable to God and not presenting my body a living sacrifice and what’s acceptable to myself. It becomes my spiritual worship to him not physical worship to myself. This is what Holy Spirit showed me through Roman’s 12. I’m not conforming to the worlds perspective of the gym but being renewed by his. I encourage you to read this chapter, Colossians 3:23 and 1 Corinthians 6:18-19 by @zaysamss
