Have been reflecting on my time spent with @piecesofpeople_play and mainly what I’ve been left with is gratitude. Gratitude towards this stellar team of artists whom I respect immensely. Gratitude towards @bradlygv and his beautiful story. Bringing these words to life was a dream. And gratitude that I get the opportunity to spend my time doing exactly what I’ve always dreamed of doing. What an honor it was to be trusted to lead this team of powerhouses. It’s not lost on me how lucky I am.

⭐️ABOUT DAVID⭐️
DAVID tells the whimsical story of King David, looking back on his life and reflecting on both his proudest accomplishments and deepest regrets.

DAVID is the story of the biblical King David, nearing the end of his life, looking back at the decisions he made, good and bad, bemoaning the fact that history may only remember him as ‘the kid with the slingshot.”

With the prophet Nathan they recount the dramatic events that led to his rise from obscure soldier to warrior to lover to eventual king of the entire land. Told with humor and poignancy, the musical peels away at the myth to reveal the actual man. A man capable of jealousy, heroism, passion, and leadership.
