This was not easy, but I did it with distinction!!! Woo!!!

I am thrilled to share that I have earned my Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Mercy University. This incredible journey was filled with sacrifices and tough challenges, but I THOROUGHLY enjoyed every moment of the program. I am deeply grateful for the encouragement and support from my friends, family, colleagues, classmates and professors. Overcoming these obstacles has taught me a lot about myself and how I handle adversity, setting and enforcing boundaries and the importance of self-care. Now, I’m excited to apply the knowledge and skills I’ve gained to both my current role and new opportunities ahead.

Y’all!! I attended Colman Domingo’s Pre Met Gala party, and yes, we put that shit on! As one of this year’s Gala co-chairs, Colman told Vogue, “I belong in these clothes,” and baby, he most certainly does. And guess what? I BELONG IN THAT ROOM. ✨

I left the night feeling connected, inspired, motivated, and fully tapped into this moment! Black history, Black excellence, Black style. Dandyism ain’t new to me. IYKYK. My daddy’s been putting it on and my grandmother, Bea Bea, is my forever style icon.

So grateful for the invite, the energy, and pretentiousness was NOWHERE!! The Twenty Two gave vintage glam, the vibes were curated by legends @djspinderella, @jayclipp, and @thelinabradford. A time was most definitely had.

We were superfine, and this year’s Gala raised the most money in its history! Woooo! The power!!

Of course I’m wearing none other than @najahallbeauty. The Audacious pallet for the WIN!!!

A ten week photography course opened my eyes! So grateful for opportunities like these to expand my perspective and creativity. I’ve always been an enthusiast and I love capturing moments. Before this class, I didn’t really consider composition, all of the various settings, POVs, and stuff. It’s like, I know what I want to create and will struggle with the formula (settings). So for me and my household, we’re using the trial and error method until we get it together, chile. I’m forever a student and will forever keep trying!!! Thanks @thedreamcenterharlem 📸 by @zboogieog
