JUST CLOSED — 51015 Avenida Velasco, La Quinta. $1,230,000. In escrow in 12 days, $35,000 over asking, all cash, no inspections.

This one started as dirt. Land acquisition, plans, permits, and a lengthy build that threw setback after setback at it. Every one got handled.

Corona just closed. Mission Viejo closes Monday, Oceanside this week, La Quinta and Palmdale working. Irvine, Glendale, Murrieta, Indio and West Sacramento are open right now. And Friday is a big one: Rancho Santa Margarita comes back on the market and a Laguna Niguel lease goes live.
