🏆 Best Environmental Film!

🌿 Lord Howe Island: Reset for Paradise (1x50') has received one of the festival’s highest honours, winning Best Environmental Film at the Water Sea Oceans Film Festival in the Czech Republic.

Produced by Flowmotion in association with @ARTE and ZDF Studios, the documentary tells the inspiring story of a remote island in the Pacific determined to protect one of the world’s most unique ecosystems. When invasive rats threaten its native wildlife, islanders, scientists and park rangers unite in an ambitious conservation effort. The result is extraordinary: species believed lost for centuries begin to return.

More than a nature story, it is a powerful reminder of what can be achieved when communities refuse to give up on the natural world.

Congratulations to the entire production and filming team at Flowmotion, and to everyone involved in bringing this remarkable story to audiences around the world.

And the journey is far from over: Lord Howe Island: Reset for Paradise is nominated for four more awards this autumn 2026. ✨
