i’d be lying if i said i wasn’t a little disappointed in myself because i know im capable of so much more! but i’m still happy to walk away with a pr total and hit a goal of mine that i have had since starting powerlifting!

missed 290 on squat & 302.5 on deads. got to get rid of these cramps that have cooked me these past two meets by the time i get to deads LOL.

maybe take a decent time off from competing or not? not sure, but whatever it is, we try again and again and again and again! moving to salt lake city in may so going to need a nice lil reset.
