It’s actually crazy looking back because I really thought the answer was just to try harder 😭

Like more workouts, more discipline, more “okay THIS Monday I’m getting my life together.”

Meanwhile I was stressed 24/7, bloated after everything I ate, exhausted, overwhelmed, barely sleeping, and completely disconnected from myself.

And somehow I convinced myself that was just adulthood? Being a mom? Life?

But honestly, my body started changing when I stopped treating wellness like a punishment and started paying attention to the life happening outside of my workouts too.

The stress, the rushing, the way I spoke to myself, the all or nothing habits, the constantly abandoning myself the second life got busy… All of it was impacting my body more than I realized 😭.

Healing my gut helped me so much physically obviously, but the deeper shift was realizing I couldn’t keep living in chaos and expect my body not to reflect it.

Idk… I just think a lot of women are trying to build a healthy body while living a life that’s completely exhausting them.

And eventually your body will always tell the truth about the way you’re living ✨ taken in Mexico by @zelatakogan

For the last 2 months, I’ve been working on building a website that finally feels like me 💅

A space that represents the work I do, the women I work with, and the level of transformation I stand for.

And honestly, a past version of me would have been stressed, overwhelmed, and pushing to make everything perfect while still holding space for my clients, my kids, and myself 😮‍💨

But this time felt different. There was excitement instead of pressure. Creativity instead of overthinking, and surrender instead of control.

The identity work I do (and guide my clients through) allowed me to approach this new chapter with trust instead of urgency.

Because when your identity shifts, the way you build your life shifts too.

So to celebrate the re-brand, I wanted to add a little extra magic for the next 5 days ✨

• 1 free month inside Becoming HER
• 1 bonus Zoom call in the Telegram Journey
• 1 additional consultation inside the Gut Restore

If you’ve been thinking about working together, this is a beautiful moment to jump in 👀

Let’s celebrate this new milestone together 🚀

The girl who said she would never get married just eloped in Italy (shocker) 😂!?

Most people don’t know this about me, but I never dreamed about getting married. I wasn’t the little girl planning her wedding day or imagining the dress.

I was the girl dreaming about freedom. Independence and creating my own life on my own terms.

And for a long time, I genuinely believed marriage meant the opposite of that.

One of the first thing I actually told Dave when we started dating was: “I don’t want to get married.” 😂

But this is the part I find so interesting about doing the inner work…

You start realizing that some of the things you believe so strongly are actually stories you picked up along the way.

Through healing and identity work, I started to see that my idea of marriage wasn’t really mine.It was shaped by what I had witnessed, the stories I had absorbed, and the beliefs I carried without even questioning them (mainly from my parents).

And then I got to ask myself…

“Wait… what if marriage could look different?”

What if it didn’t mean losing myself?

What if it meant choosing someone who supports the woman I’m becoming?

And that’s exactly what happened.

I didn’t become someone else when I got married.

I didn’t give up my freedom.

I actually think I became even more myself.

And maybe that’s the thing I’m most proud of. Not that I became a wife, but that I became the woman who was willing to question her own stories and create a life that actually felt like mine. taken in Italy by @zelatakogan

It’s easy to find a good hairdresser. It’s a lot harder to find one who can give you ALL the hair transformations while still making the health of your hair + scalp a non negotiable. Francesca from @lateliervieuxmontreal is a 10/10 💇🏻‍♀️

I think sometimes we put people we look up to on this weird pedestal where we assume they’ve figured it all out.

I know I’ve done that.

But I’m not a guru and I’m not interested in pretending I have the perfect answers, or that I’ve healed every layer of myself and now I float through life making all the right choices. 😂

I’m just a woman who is deeply committed to doing the work.

And that means sometimes I’m the one sitting with the uncomfortable question.

Sometimes I’m the one having to trust myself before I have all the evidence.

Sometimes I’m the one being asked to let go of a version of myself that was perfectly fine… but isn’t where I’m going anymore.

So if you’re in one of those seasons too, I hope you know you’re not behind.

You’re not doing it wrong because it feels messy.

And you don’t need to have it all figured out before you’re allowed to become the woman you know you’re capable of being.

You just have to be willing to keep meeting yourself there. 🤍 by @zelatakogan

Sometimes the real glow-up is realizing you’ve spent YEARS being the easiest person for everyone else to deal with while barely stopping to ask yourself: “Wait… what the fuck do I actually want?”

That’s what happened with her.

And once she started choosing herself instead of automatically choosing everyone else?

Everything started changing inside and out. 🚀

That’s the work we do inside Becoming HER. 🤍 by @zelatakogan

I’ve grown a lot since becoming a mom.

And by growth, I mean I got to know myself, I got to trust myself, I got to let go of a lot of things I was doing for approval, and I finally got to live a life that actually feels good for me.

Motherhood has been the greatest gift for real.

What’s something motherhood has made you realize about yourself? 🤍🧿 by @zelatakogan

Becoming a mom is a huge part of the reason. Motherhood isn’t an excuse for me to stop doing all the things I love. It’s actually the reason I started caring SO MUCH MORE about the life I was creating.

It made me care about my health in a way I never had before.

It made me want to feel good in my body so that I could show up fully in my life.

It made me want to take care of my appearance so that I could still feel like a woman, not just a mom.

It made me want to create a life I actually fucking love living so that my kids could grow up seeing me enjoy my life, too.

It made me get serious about my finances so that I could create more freedom for our family.

It made me build a business around my life so that I didn’t have to choose between being a present mom and being a woman with big dreams.

It made me want to travel even more, experience things, take care of myself, dress up, have fun, make money, have desires and chase them.

Motherhood wasn’t the end of me.

It was the reason I finally started asking, “Who do I want to be now?”

And then actually becoming her.

That’s the part of identity work that changed everything for me.

Because when you change the way you see yourself, it doesn’t just stay in your head.

It starts showing up in your body, in your health, in your relationships, in your income, in your business and in YOUR STANDARDS.

One decision creates another. And another.

And suddenly you look around and realize…

Oh. This is the ripple.

Motherhood didn’t make me disappear.

It made me want to become MORE of myself.

And I think my kids are some of the biggest beneficiaries of that. 🌶️🧿🪬 by @zelatakogan

And before you unfollow me on a whim, hear me out. 😂

Money matters. Obviously.

But let me challenge you a little…

If he can provide financially, but that’s basically where his contribution ends, while you’re still carrying the mental load, managing the kids, keeping track of everything, making all the plans, initiating all the conversations and basically running the entire household…

Are you actually feeling provided for? 👀

Or do you want to be able to say, “I’m exhausted,” and have him actually step in?

Maybe you want him to notice the dishwasher is full and empty it without you having to ask.

Maybe you want to leave for a weekend and know the kids and the house are handled without leaving behind an instruction manual.

Maybe you want a man who is present, so you can actually switch off instead of constantly being “on.”

Maybe you want a man who takes initiative, so you don’t have to plan and remind him about every dentist appointment/ soccer practice.

Maybe you want a man who parents with you, so you can go take a shower, meet a friend or leave the house without coordinating the entire thing.

Maybe you want a man who you can actually lean on, so when life gets heavy, you don’t automatically become the person who has to figure everything out on their own.

Maybe you want a man who makes your life feel lighter because he’s fully in it, so you have more space to be his partner, your kids’ mom and also a woman with her own desires 🔥🔥.

And YES, maybe the money is a huge part of what makes you feel cared for. That’s completely valid.

But I don’t want you convincing yourself that because your man pays the bills, that’s all you’re allowed to ask for.

You can want the money AND the presence.

The financial security AND the emotional safety.

The lifestyle AND the partnership.

You don’t have to only pick one.

And I hope you know that you deserve it ALL ❤️‍🔥. by @zelatakogan

Last September, I launched the pre-sale for Becoming HER. We officially started October 1st, 2025.

And honestly, I had to become HER right alongside my clients.

Creating your business and designing it to work for your life is some of the biggest personal development you can ever get yourself into.

I had to become the woman who lets herself want more from her life without convincing herself she should “just be grateful for what she has.”

I had to become the woman who believes she can have a fulfilling life AND be a deeply present mother at the same time.

I had to become the woman who invests in herself and trusts herself before there is any external proof.

I had to become the woman who makes decisions based on the life she actually wants, not the life that makes the most sense to everyone else.

I had to become the woman who believes her desires are worth listening to, even when they don’t come with a step by step plan.

I had to become the woman who stops waiting to feel “ready” before she gives herself permission to go after something bigger.

I had to become the woman who trusts that making more money doesn’t make her less present, less maternal, or less of a good person.

I had to become the woman who lets her life be BIG without making her kids pay the price for it.

I had to become the woman who knows that being a present mom does not require disappearing as a woman.

And looking back at the woman I was last September…

HOLY SHIT!

She had no idea how much was about to change.

Maybe this is your season of becoming HER too.

To be the woman who stops asking for permission to want the life she wants. ❤️‍🩹👀 taken in Mexico by @zelatakogan
