Living life on my terms.
Sometimes you end up in places you never thought you’d be in, to develop the strength you never thought you had.

When your mind is scrambled and your day needs focus. What do you do? I do two things:

1. Sunlight
2. Movement

Sun on your skin and a breeze through your hair.
Move move and move - a walk, a run, a stretch, a lift - any.

And loud loud music.

That works for me.

Family is really all we have.
A day out in the sun, beautiful Jacarandas and family. Happy Birthday, Mom.

We are blessed and grateful. Taking it for granted is easy. Imagine your life without.

Sometimes just wallowing a little, is ok.

Until you have the energy to think and do.

That’s ok.

It’s not working yet, and that’s okay.
Keep moving.

Save this for the days you doubt yourself.

Sharing this for anyone building through the messy middle.🪷

Day 29.

30 Day Challenge.

Korean cooking with @umamifoodstudio

From veggie stock - Vegan Dashi Stock - to Soba noodles and ice, Agebitashi, Oishi sauce, Perilla Oil Makguksu (Jung Kook’s favourite dish!) and Kimchi Bibim Guksu.

A wonderful learning experience. Great food and great company.

Day 28.

30 Day Posting Challenge.

The things we see, experience, do, affect the way we see, experience and do. All of this and more, affects the way we think and behave.

Everyday is a new day. Change is largely a choice.
