My latest philosophy of life, is the sweet art of doing nothing, stopping for a moment to find silence within yourself and looking at what is around you. You take a selfie before the day begins, then sit alone with your thoughts over a coffee. Then I look up at the sky and for a moment I say thank you for still being here. There is no noise around me. There is no rush. I don't have to answer to anyone, I don't have to explain myself to anyone, and I don't have to prove anything to anyone. What a great time we had at the Beatles Bootleg live concert held in the city square earlier tonight. The bes time after the past few weeks since our elections. Life is good. My dog Tesla just died yesterday. Two years of evil cancer which took her precious life. She was 13 years old. My world shattered. My heart aches from not being able to save her. I feel a deep pain inside me right now. I still see her everywhere. On the living room floor, in her empty basket, running in the garden, chasing hedgehogs, following me to the kitchen, sleeping on her soft blanket, staring at me when I'm eating my dinner, kissing my face, running to the gate when she sees me coming home, each time bringing me a present, her favourite rope toy. But it's all in my memory now. My heart hurts. Forgive us Tesla. If love could have saved you you would live forever. I feel like failing you for letting you go. RIP sweetheart. No more pain. Hope you meet your little sister, Belly, when you cross the Rainbow Bridge. We will miss you forever and you will always stay in our hearts. 🖤😥💔🙏 by @zelda99966

Micsoda egy nagy nap volt ez a mai április 12-ke! Ez a mai helyzet rendkívül összetett és sokféle érzelmet válthat ki, de belõlem csak ledöbbenést és haragot mindazok iránt akik egy diktátorra szavaztak nem gondolva az unokâink jõvõjére akik itt születtek, itt nõttek fel autokrata uralom alatt. Fontos, hogy mindenki a saját véleményét szabadon kifejezhesse de én nem osztom meg gondolataim, mert semmibe tekintem mindazokat akik tõnkre akarták jobban tenni azt az országot amibe nem is êltek egy percet sem de kisebbsĕgek Romaniăba, Szlovákiāba, nagy büszke útlevéllel, amivel azt hiszik, hogy măr mindenre jogosultak. Orbán annak idején azért osztogatta nagy odaadással, hogy minél többen rászavazzanak a Putin segg nyalónak. De mellé fogtatok ti Erdélyi nagy Hajrá Fideszesek. Pofára estetek most mind! Na most ünnepeljetek, de ne itt, hanem ott ahol nagy a pofátok. Maradjatok mind ott és üssétek a büszke nacionalista sovin, migráns ellenes melleteket. Végre lesz mār migrăns, mert halvâny fingotok nincs mit jelent egy közõs társadalomba élni békében és szeretetben. Éljen az új Tisza kormány, éljen Brusszel és éljen a közös Europa. Az itteni magyarok és unokáim megérdemelnek egy szabad korrupt mentes jövõt! Hiszek a Sorsba, abba hogy egy jobb világ lesz. It’s not the years that make you old, but sorrow.This simple phrase contains a truth about life that we are not always willing to accept. We often look in the mirror, look for the first wrinkles, discover gray hairs, and sadly think, Time spares no one. But if we look at the women around us, it becomes clear: some bloom with time, becoming more beautiful and wiser, while others lose the inner glow that once made them special. Why is this?

The secret is not in expensive creams, endless diets, or a series of fashionable treatments. Everything is much simpler and at the same time much more complex. Female beauty lives in the soul, in the eyes, in the smile, in the ability to rejoice in the little things. True youth is not the absence of wrinkles, but in the sparkle in the eyes, in the easy gait, in the open heart. And it is not the years that take away this, but the weight that weighs on the soul: grievances, unfulfilled dreams, loneliness and worries.

Grief is like a fine cobweb that covers the face, dulls the gaze, makes it difficult to walk. How many women, even if they are young, walk with tired eyes, a stiff, frozen mask on their faces, tired not from life, but from the sadness that they have been carrying inside them for years. And on the other hand, sometimes we see an older woman with deep wrinkles in the corners of her eyes but these wrinkles are from laughter and happiness, not from tears. She radiates an inner light, attracts people and no one pays attention to how old she is on her ID card.

Every age has its own special beauty. Youth, lightness and freshness, maturity, depth and dignity, and old age can truly be beautiful if it is not overshadowed by painful memories and suffering. A woman who is not afraid of aging, who can forgive, let go of grief, appreciate and cherish her own years will always remain beautiful.

The secret is simple: do not let grief settle in your heart. Learn to rejoice in life, notice the good, be grateful for every morning, for every day lived. And then age will be just a beautiful frame for your unique and unrepeatable soul.
