We are on show number 4 out of 5 of our Hollywood Fringe Run of GU: five womxn in a jar !
Come see our closing night this Saturday the 28th (tickets in bio).
I’m so grateful to everyone who has come to see the show, it really means so much to me for people to see this piece that I’ve been working on for so so long.

I’m so proud of this cast, they’ve put in so much work and taken people I’ve loved and known and put them on stage through these characters.

And I’m so grateful to @mralexispereira who took a chance on me and a story I really believed in and then loved it enough to tell me it needed to be funnier and writing it with me. And @alwayscoding who was the first to call it a “Paige turner” and who was the incredibly confident in the message and in our writing.

And my love @_hello_theo_ who without I couldn’t do any of these things, the support and chaos they’ve put up with for two months (and maybe more) has given me the chance to do any of this. Not to mention the countless hours they’ve put in on the admin side for us.

All of you are why this finally made it to the stage.

I love you all so much and I’m sure I’ll be more sentimental on Sunday so come see the show one last time (until we can do it again) taken in The Cats Crawl by @zeldagay

Gabby Petito’s death is a tragedy and it is easy to get sucked into the drama of the victim/perpetrator binary. We invite you to stop arguing over “who is the real victim;” it won’t bring justice, or healing.

Instead we invite you to practice compassion, give space for and allow the nuance of this tragedy to be as it is and look at how you can ensure that you and your loved ones don’t wind up in relationships that are harmful. When we look from what we can do to practice setting and receiving boundaries, recognize when it’s not happening around us, and take action, we have a shot at making a real difference.

Gabby Petito’s death is a tragedy, and her situation is complex, as most situations of harm are.
