Have you ever felt overlooked? Underestimated? Like you’ve worked hard to move forward, yet the next ceiling still feels just out of reach?

These are the conversations that matter—and the Executive Leadership Accelerator created space for them.

@baystreetfridays along side @four.brown.girls was proud to sponsor this intimate leadership experience at Blaxpo, bringing together a select group of participants to learn, connect, and explore what it takes to advance. I was honoured to host the session and welcome three exceptional executives: Sabaa, Edwina, and Chloe, who shared valuable insights from their leadership journeys.

With more than 1,000 people attending Blaxpo, the Accelerator offered a focused opportunity for deeper conversation and meaningful exchange.

Congratulations to @thenicoleantoine and the entire @blaxpo and @naandco team for bringing this vision to life and creating spaces that support equity, inclusion, and professional growth.
