It was around 7 years since I ever performed any song at all. For more than half a decade we never saw any stages at all. We locked ourselves inside the studio. I was so scared to touch the mic again to put a show out there. And then back in June, came this opportunity to perform at my office. Was so skeptical about our ability to pull a show off without any experience in near past. But to my surprise, we did a pretty good job putting a show. We performed Lose yourself and Aasa Pechi(Zenem Original). The original song will be posted later! That's when i remembered how it felt to be infront of a jumping crowd. Alive! Since then we did a couple gig, clips from which will also be posted later. And we are planning to host a small hug for a closed group of 50ish people. Will announce sooner. Make songs. Putting out a show. Repeat. This is what we live for. See you all soon! #Zenem #chennaimusic #chennaimusicians #livegig #chennaigig #privateparty #eminem by @zenemofficial
Crossed our first-ever 50K streams. Hit 30K+ monthly listeners for the first time. And we're now officially verified on Spotify. 15 years. 15 years for us to barely scratch the surface of a world that very few ever let to be a part of. And we still have a very, very long way to go. It wasn't easy. Especially these last few years. As much fun as it was, it was equally brutal, unfair, and sometimes downright painful. But looking back, somehow, I'd still call it all fun. Somewhere in all this chaos, I forgot what I started all of this for. And more importantly, who I started it for. All of you who found joy in watching me perform. From my school till now, The people who listened to the songs we made. The people who made all of this mean something. Somewhere along the way, I started chasing something else. And it took me almost running out of energy, trying to push through this very, very thick as fuck concrete wall, to remember why I fell in love with all of this in the first place. You. All of you. Without you, all my loves, my team and I wouldn't still be doing this 15 years later. Thank you so much for every bit of love and affection you've given us. Your boy needs all your love, blessings, and strength now more than ever. I'm realising that this isn't an easy game for a random boy from Madurai with some big-ass dreams. But we've made it this far. And not just because we kept pushing. Because you pushed us too. Your love, your belief, and your sheer will to see us win have carried us further than you probably realise. And we're going to need every bit of that love, every blessing, and every prayer to break through this wall. Because we're nowhere near done. We're only just getting started. Thank you so much, my loves. I love you all more than anything, and I mean it. ❤️ by @zenemofficial
There is a 10 year gap between the top picture and the bottom picture.. From shortfilms to a feature film.. காட்சிகள் மாறலாம்... But the கனவுகள் has remained the same.. The process has remained the same.. And the joy of creating art has remained the same! And to me, for every story of mine, " A ZENEM MUSICAL " has remained the same! For every story born out of love , Zenem's music will be the life to it! Excited for the world to witness Zenem's magic soon!! Happy birthday @zenemofficial 🌟🌻❤️ by @zenemofficial

Not a million or a billion yet, but first. My first ever 10k streams within 5 days. Over a decade's worth of sweat, tears, blood, days, nights, loves, fights, scratches, claws, dreams, dreams, and dreams for this first-ever 10k streams and many more. 1000s of nights, me, @santhoshsrivathsan and @aashikaswin have been talking about and working for this day on that terrace in Anna Nagar, Madurai. 1000s of sleepless nights at the gates of studios and hours of making music and dreaming it with @sachin.bharathvaj It's so heart-filling to see all of it slowly slowly slowly manifesting its way into the real world from our subconscious mind. It's all possible and unfolding only because of all of you here from day one! And believing in us and showering us with all the love and love only! All your love and goodwill is the only reason why we can move ahead every day. I always tell - As long as one person is listening to my song, I'll pour my life into my play for them. Now there are 1000s of you now! I'll die for you all! You all are the reason I'm living for! To many more 10s of 1000s and millions of streams ahead of us! Go listen to what your boy has cooked with all love for you all! Love you all so so so so so so much! With even more love, Your boy - Zenem! by @zenemofficial
