Took my new hiking boots from @denaliclo and spent the day regulating my nervous system by taking a hike to Massacre Falls Trail in the Tonto National Forest here in Arizona.

I’m trying to be more intentional about balancing work and giving back to myself. I’ve always been horrible at sharing what I do during my days off. This was a nice start. 😌

Running this business has been one of the most challenging and rewarding things I’ve ever done.

I spent years wondering where my place was on this weird little planet. I was the typical kid who changed their major in college a dozen times and had every job under the sun.

I struggled with identity and feeling “at home” my entire life.

I’ve never felt a true sense of purpose doing anything else like I have here.

I didn’t even start this business to make friends, but I’ve been grateful to attract some of the most incredible people I’ve ever met while being in this career.

I’ve learned more about myself in the last five years than I could have ever imagined possible. Both good and bad.

The struggles of just being a human lately are hard for all of us. But having this business has been my escape from it all. Even when things go wrong, it still feels aligned.

So if you’ve ever taken a moment to support me, whether that’s sharing a post or even hiring me, THANK YOU. I couldn’t do any of this without you.

And if you’ve been considering taking that next step in launching your own career, please give it a fighting chance. You deserve to live life in a way that feels aligned with who you truly are.
