In town celebrating my mom’s 88th birthday 🎉❤️ and got to meet up with @sa_ta_na_ma2

I missed my HYROX track workout with my peeps, so naturally… we decided to make our own workout! 😂🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

The plan: 5 miles.
Mark’s plan: “Let’s run to the Welcome to Las Vegas sign and back!” 🎰✨

Ummm… okay! 😂

Five miles somehow turned into 7 MILES! 🔥🏃‍♀️💪🏻

And because apparently 7 miles wasn’t enough… we followed it up with some strength training! 💪🏻😜

The best part? We BOTH checked off a bucket-list item! ✅🙌🏻

Vegas + bestie + running + strength training + a little spontaneous insanity = SO MUCH FUN! 🤩🎰❤️

Definitely not the workout I planned, but 100% one I’ll remember! 🏃‍♀️🔥✨

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who came out and represented our community today. Whether you ran, walked, cheered, volunteered, or simply showed up to support one another, you helped make this event something special.

One of the best parts of events like these isn’t just crossing the finish line—it’s the encouragement, laughter, high-fives, and friendships built along the way. DEKAFIT 2026… another one in the books! 🔥

Snagged a 3rd place podium finish—even with one extra lap 😅 (yeah… we’ll just call that bonus cardio). Only 7 seconds separated 2nd and 3rd… talk about a race!

Huge shoutout to my girl Shannon @shanziekey who absolutely DOMINATED—🥇 1st in her age group and 🥈 2nd overall female… WHAT?! 💪🔥

This course brought some curveballs too—new rower, ski erg, and air bike setups had us all fumbling a bit trying to clip in and adjust. Lost a little time there, but hey… same challenge for everyone. No excuses. Just adapt and go.

Proud doesn’t even begin to cover how I feel about our HTMF Deka Race Team. Straight grit, heart, and hustle from every single person. We showed up and battled.

Until the next one… we’re just getting started. 🚀
