our 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training is a 10-weekend journey into everything that makes a thoughtful, grounded, heart-centered teacher 💗 you’ll study the history, philosophy, anatomy & alignment, pranayama, meditation, and then the art of teaching itself: sequencing, cueing, theming and finding your authentic voice you’ll leave certified, confident, and ready to teach. but more than that — you’ll leave changed ✨ this is where it begins. step fully in. registration is open 💥 we begin January 2027 … spots are already being claimed … so if you feel it, if you know, then let’s go! 🤍 #200hrytt not sure you want to teach yet? we also offer a 7-weekend Deep Dive — same depth, no credential — and every hour rolls right into this training if you change your mind later. by @zenrabbityoga
Mariale shares her thoughts about the 200HR Yoga Teacher Training program. 💗 (swipe) While she learned a lot about her body and how to help some injuries and physical ailments she’s dealt with, I LOVE that she still wants to highlight that this training was “Beyond the Poses”. And that yoga is so much more than physical activity. 💖 10 weekends. A holistic, beautiful journey. We begin in January! Find all the details at www.zenrabbityoga.com (link in bio). Reach out if you have questions. #200hrytt #200houryogateachertraining 📸: @cmaphoto by @zenrabbityoga

🤸🏼Join @jazzyv213 for a 90-minute beginner-friendly inversion workshop all about building confidence, getting curious, and having a little fun upside down! We’ll break down the mechanics of inversions, work through strength-building drills and foundational skills, and explore ways to safely get your feet off the ground. This is a space to learn, play, fall (safely!), laugh, and try something new. And here’s the thing: inversions are not a necessary part of yoga. But they sure are fun! And when you get upside down, it literally shifts your perspectives and can be quite exhilarating 🔥 So let’s get together and have some fun! Sunday November 8th | 11:30-1:00. sign up at www.zenrabbityoga.com (link in bio) #inversionsworkshop by @zenrabbityoga

🐦‍⬛ Come explore the playful and empowering world of arm balances with Berchetta! SUNDAY OCT 25th 11:30-1:00 In this workshop, we’ll break down the foundations of arm balances, build strength and confidence, and discover how rooting down creates the foundation to rise up. Expect a fun, challenging and supportive experience where we’ll explore technique, balance, body awareness, and a little bit of courage. You’ll have the opportunity to step outside your comfort zone, play with possibility, and maybe surprise yourself with what your body can do. No need to have arm balances experience—just bring curiosity, a willingness to play, and an open mind. #armbalances #yogaworkshop by @zenrabbityoga
Join Dean & Erika Sundays evenings for a slow, grounding YIN practice with LIVE MUSIC 🎶 Erika guides you through long, supported holds that invite the body to unwind and let go. Dean plays soft live music throughout, following the rhythm of the practice. As the body slows down, the rhythms work like a gentle tide to calm the nervous system and release the tension. Here, we practice presence... just time to listen, breathe, and let it all move through you. All levels welcome. No yoga experience needed. SUNDAYS 7:00-8:15pm Regularly Priced Class: Free for Members | 1 Class Credit | $16 Drop In 📸: @cmaphoto #yin #livemusicyoga #travelersrest by @zenrabbityoga
