✨ Welcome to Zen Space Yoga ✨ More than just a studio… this is a space created with intention, heart, and deep care for our community. We are proudly female & family owned, and that energy flows into everything we do—from the way we greet you at the door to the way we hold space in every class. Here, yoga is not about perfection or performance. It’s about connection. To your breath. To your body. To yourself. Our smaller class sizes mean you’re not just another face in the room—you’re seen, supported, and truly known. From the moment you walk in, you’ll feel it… A sense of calm. A sense of belonging. A space where you can soften, breathe, and simply be. Whether you’re brand new or returning to your mat, you are welcome here—exactly as you are. ✨ Mats & props are always provided ✨ Just sign up, show up, and we’ll take care of the rest Come transcend into Zen…. #ZenSpaceYoga #OviedoYoga #YogaCommunity #TranscendIntoZen #zenspacewellnessstudios by @zenspacewellnessstudios

Yoga can meet you wherever you are. Some days, your practice might feel strong and energizing. Other days, you may want to slow down, focus on your breath, and move with more intention. There's beauty in having space for both. Come to the mat to build strength, improve balance, explore movement, or simply give yourself a moment to be present. Your practice is yours. Let it move with you. #ZenSpaceWellnessStudios #OviedoFL #YogaPractice #YogaFlow #MindfulMovement by @zenspacewellnessstudios

A little quiet for your mind. A little movement for your body. Yoga gives you the chance to slow down, breathe deeper, and reconnect with yourself. Some practices may leave you feeling calm and grounded, while others can challenge your strength, balance, and endurance. Wherever you are in your practice, there's room to move at your own pace, explore what your body can do, and simply be present on the mat. Take a breath. Find your flow. Make space for yourself at Zen Space Wellness Studios. #ZenSpaceWellnessStudios #OviedoFL #YogaPractice #MindfulMovement #WellnessJourney by @zenspacewellnessstudios
Not every workout looks the same, and that's the point. Some days call for strength and intensity. Others call for mindful movement, mobility, and recovery. Your practice can meet you where you are and evolve with you. Find the movement that feels right for you at Zen Space Wellness Studios. #ZenSpaceWellnessStudios #OviedoFL #MindfulMovement #WellnessJourney #MovementPractice by @zenspacewellnessstudios
There's value in the moments when you stop chasing the next thing and simply breathe. Yin, restorative movement, and intentional stillness give you an opportunity to slow down and reconnect with your body. Whether you're coming off a demanding week or simply craving a quieter hour, make room for the reset. Take a little time for yourself. #ZenSpaceWellnessStudios #OviedoFL #YinYoga #RestorativeYoga #WellnessJourney by @zenspacewellnessstudios

🤍 BEHIND EVERY BEAUTIFUL YOGA CLASS IS A TEACHER WHO CARES. 🤍 One of my favorite parts of owning Zen Space Yoga is bringing these incredible humans together. 🧘‍♀️✨ Our recent yoga teacher get-together was a beautiful reminder of the hearts, creativity, intention, and dedication behind what we do. These are the people who show up not just to teach yoga, but to thoughtfully create experiences that serve our community. They bring fresh ideas, meaningful themes, knowledge, passion, and their own unique gifts to the mat, all with one shared intention: to help you feel better in your body, find peace in your mind, and reconnect with yourself. Seven of our nine amazing instructors were able to join us, and while we missed our two who couldn’t be there, my heart is so full of gratitude for this team and the beautiful energy they bring to Zen Space. 🤍 Our instructors are the heart of our studio. They put so much thought and care into the classes they create, and I want our community to know the beautiful people behind the practice. Whether you’re looking for strength, balance, stress relief, gentle movement, a deeper connection to yourself, or simply a place where you feel you belong, there’s a class and a teacher waiting to welcome you. ✨ Come experience the difference. ✨ Explore our class schedule. ✨ Find the teacher who speaks to your soul. Show our instructors some LOVE in the comments! ❤️ Drop a heart, tag your teacher, or tell us what you love about their classes. And if you haven’t made it to the mat with us yet, consider this your invitation! We’re so glad you’re here. 🧘‍♀️ Zen Space Yoga — Transcend into Zen. 🤍 Check us out here⬇️ https://www.zenspacewellness.com/copy-of-explore-yoga-classes #ZenSpaceYoga #TranscendIntoZen #OviedoYoga #YogaTeachers #zenspacewellnessstudios by @zenspacewellnessstudios

Intensity doesn't have to mean losing connection with your body. It can mean noticing your breath while you work harder, staying present through the challenge, and knowing when to give a little more. Strength and awareness can move together. Bring that mindset to your next workout. #ZenSpaceWellnessStudios #OviedoFL #MindfulMovement #StrengthAndConditioning #FitnessMindset by @zenspacewellnessstudios
