During our 100th session, I decided Kelley was ready to hang on the Trapeze a bit! 🥹 And she did SO good!

One of my favorite things to witness is watching a client grow in strength, but even more than that, watching them learn to trust and encourage themselves. The confidence that comes from realizing you can do things you once thought were impossible is unmatched. 🙂‍↕️
