@hyroxanz SYDNEY 2026 | 🎥

The training block leading into my third HYROX Men’s Singles race in just seven months had a little more structure and a lot more running. The result? A 6:21 PB on race day.

Was it the perfect race? Not even close.

But it was the most enjoyable race so far. I’ve still got plenty of work to do, but the future is exciting. The journey continues.

A massive thank you to my team and support crew - you continually push me to be better.

Still buzzing from the electric opening night of CATS at the Theatre Royal Sydney celebrating the 40th Australian Anniversary of Andrew Lloyd Webber’s legendary, record-breaking musical @catsthemusicalau.

It was a proud moment seeing our talented THEODORE Stylist @missbecleigh bring the vision to life, dressing the incredible @marvinosifo and @desflanas for such a special occasion.

Grateful to witness such an iconic production return to Sydney, before it takes the stage in Adelaide, Perth, Melbourne, and Brisbane as part of its highly anticipated national tour.

Surrounded by familiar faces and incredibly talented friends, thank you Marvin and @ippublicity_ , for making it an evening to remember.
