in may 2026, we opened up @qumipilates. we get the same question: “how long did it take you guys to plan and do everything??”

the truth is… we took a leap of faith not knowing what we were doing or knowing what was ahead. i wish we had an intricate plan that we were able to share.

we saw the place & they signed the lease the following day with no plans lol. we were two girls dreaming with Jesus about what this place could be and it happened.

qumi showed me that when you make room for God, whether it’s in your business, your job, school, family, He will show up.

our prayer was that everyone who would come through our doors would feel so loved, empowered and encouraged.

thank you to everyone who has showed love + encouraged me to stop hiding. this process really stretched me in many ways but gone are the days where i let fear take control. no more burying my talent.

random afternoon at the house with the 5 kids, 2 dogs, mom cooking for Bible study, laundry, recovering from business stuff… the house was loud & busy as it typically is.

needed a break for my brain to stop & take a breather.

just needed a break to remember who God & to be thankful in the midst of all of the life stuff.

Sometimes you just gotta sing the doubt away and prophesy!

I started laughing towards the end of the video because I remembered a time when it was hard to sing and believe this song. Today, although not much has changed, I am reminded of the death and resurrection of Jesus, our blessed hope.
