Do hard things!

Push yourself to do things you wouldn't think you would do !

Even when they seem hard right now, have fun while crushing a goal.

I went in here no expectations but to finish under 2 hours atleast for my first one.

300 classes down !!!

For every time I showed up those 300 times its a commitment to myself and choosing myself each and everytime !!

The community and friendship that has been built while we all come together with one purpose in this timeline.

Do the hard things, even if at times you dont want to , just keep showing up. 💯

Running isn't my strongest yet! But i kept moving!

As reflect on the past few months training for my first Hyrox race. How hard i worked!

First clip was last July couldn't squat low, let alone knee lunges touch floor and I was running slow.

Fast forward these past 4 months I work hard losing weight, mobility improved and getting better running too.

I can now squat super low and stay low, I can lunge with a 44lb sand bag. My running improved and burpees improved, those were my 3 things I wanted to work on before my race.

To me that's already a win ! 🏆

As I reflect on today, I get emotional just how much I have accomplished! From March to now ! Boy I have improved!

Working hard constantly on weight loss and doing challenges like these, ppl have no idea how hard you have to keep proving yourself!

Having to work twice as hard to lose weight and work hard to do hard things like this, ppl will never understand if you never been in those shoes.

I will keep choosing me even when you get overlooked.

Proud of me !!!
