We recently hosted our first Soul Bath Dinner Party in our humble abode with a handful of wonderful friends. Here’s a little glimpse of our evening 🤍

We’d love to bring this experience into homes throughout the city. For now, we’re grateful to open ours to the people we love whenever we can.

Who wants a seat at our next one? ✨ by @zetathebabe

@thedantampa was a vibe last Friday! Next time I'll be there is Friday October 23rd!

We have fun wherever we go 💃

The NAACP Jazz Brunch this past Saturday was just what I needed. To be in a room full of good people celebrating a good cause. And the music was incredible!

Our first EVER Soul Bath Dinner Party (more information on this coming soon) and the first time we've had some friends over 🙂 I'm looking forwards to many more! @selenaferrer @chirigue.musica @maroon.stranger @thedjcalledthecurator @abbbyrichard

Got to chat with my good friend @darluzthedj keep an eye out for some awesome collaborations coming soon!

We went to the black crow coffee shop open mic poetry because we're trying to get more active in the St. Pete poetry scene and it was refreshing. Thanks @djgstpete for keeping this going for 7 years!

@migente_mipueblo partnered with the city of St. Pete and put on an amazing event called Somos St. Pete on the Peir and our friend @thedjcalledthecurator provided us with some wonderful music. And I ran into several people I knew including @kembe_scorpz and @lilwicked01_1014 which is always a pleasure.

What a wonderful way to end the weekend! by @zetathebabe

Full months of shows! Plus I'll be outta town for a Spartan race the 9th-12th 😁

I like to do all types of events but I LOVE to keep it interesting so inquire on my website and ask if you can use some sax/vocals at your next event 🎷

(Also, ask about the private soul bath dinner party)

The best part? Your ticket gets you special ~after hours~ access to the most beautiful Spa Klub! What better way to end the night than enjoying the ancient Scandinavian traditions of hot and cold therapy together? 🔥

I love to perform at markets! Especially since the weather is getting cooler. It's so relaxed and I love being outside if I can be. And I have the best conversations with the community that passes by!

Last week was packed and perfect 🫶
And the last slide was the most special moment

I have regular rotations @tori_bar_tampa @thedantampa @watersttampa and at several other locations not shown in this post and I am so so grateful for that!

But there's a special place in my heart for Private Events! More of EVERYTHING coming in 2027 ❤️ by @zetathebabe

I've been doing a poor job of posting any content over the past year and it's because I chose to focus on other very important areas of my life. But I've still been doing the thing and im ready to start sharing it again 😇

I'm @gulfportbrewery every 2nd and 4th Sunday 1-4pm (unless otherwise stated)

And @watersttampa third Sunday Market every month.

But I WILL get better at posting all the other cool things im doing so I can get back into my community. Thanks to those who have never stopped showing up even during my absence 🥲 taken in Gulfport, Florida by @zetathebabe

Zee and I got to share an experience we designed to nourish the soul with one of our favorite open mics @steepedtampabay

We are calling it a ✨Soul Bath✨ weaving together saxophone, meditation, affirmations, and reiki to create space for deep rest and a bridge to the innate healing ability of the body.

Our first official bath is on September 20th at @nordicspaklub 💛

Imagine being guided into a meditative state, then fully immersed in this sound while being energetically held through Reiki, courtesy of @theskieswithinyoga.

We call it a Soul Bath. ✨

Our first one will be held at @nordicspaklub on September 20th, with the opportunity to enjoy the plunge and sauna afterward.

Meditation. Sound. Reiki. Heat. Cold.
All the things you need to soften, reset, and unwind.

More information coming soon. by @zetathebabe
