Breaking in the new @gozney Arc XL. What a beauty 🔥 Picked it up from the lovely folks at @smakenvanbuiten and couldn’t wait to fire it up.

Ready to cook outdoors for your party!

Went for a 48-hour process on this one:
🍞 24-hour poolish fermentation
🍞 24-hour bulk rise

Slow fermentation, big flavor.

The result? A mortadella dream.
✨ Mortadella
✨ Creamy burrata
✨ Homemade pesto
✨ Fresh basil
✨ Drizzle of good olive oil

First pizza catering gig in the books!
@adambachatafestival was full of happy vibes, dancing and amazing people.

🍕 82 pizzas baked
🍕 Some came back for seconds (best compliment ever)
🍕 Italians gave me the nod of approval. “Italian restaurant quality” 🇮🇹

Huge thanks to everyone who ordered and enjoyed the food.
Big shoutout to my homie Robin for assisting, couldn’t have done it without you.

Next edition I’m back November 1. Can’t wait!

🍯 Finished with a spicy honey drizzle

Hot from the oven, straight into your hands. See you after the next workshop 😉
