Before Becoming Her, before ZEYOA there was a mom who simply needed a community What started as a way to find friendship during one of the hardest seasons of my life became something so much bigger than I ever imagined I didn’t create a community because I had it all figured out. I created one because I needed one, too. 🥹 To the women who were there from the very beginning, thank you for helping me find myself again. And to every woman who continues to support us today, every new face, every friendship, and every beautiful soul I’ve met along the way, I’m so incredibly grateful for you all. You are all part of this story. ZEYOA will always be more than events. It’s about connection, belonging, and creating a space where no woman has to feel alone.

Pilates, my Boo’s & the best kind of girls’ night! 🤍✨

This Friday night’s Pilates with My Boo event at @fs8_meridian with @zeyoa.wellness was SO much fun! We got an amazing core & booty workout in (and let me tell you, they were ON FIRE 🔥🍑), followed by hanging out, chatting with the girls, and meeting some incredible new women!

The vendors were just as wonderful! The mocktails by @velvetlime_mocktails were delicious, and it was so great seeing Custom Embroidery on site by @crownedembroidery and Piercings by @esthetics_beautybyaubri there & of course picture perfect backdrops/balloons by @blissful.event.planning are always great! Loved getting to connect with everyone! 🥂💕

One thing I always love about Zeyoa events is the community. The women who show up are always so welcoming, friendly, and genuinely fun to be around. It’s more than just a workout; it’s a chance to connect, make new friends, and enjoy some much-needed girl time. 🫶🏼

If you missed this one, we hope to see you at the next one! Because trust me, you don’t want to miss it! 💗

Pilates & Boo was filled with everything we love — movement, mocktails, cute little treats, and the sweetest girlies!

A huge thank you to @fs8_meridian for welcoming us into your space and giving us such an amazing workout! We loved every second.

There’s nothing better than getting together, making new friendships, and celebrating wellness with a spooky little twist! 🕷️

CORE & CIDER 🍎🤎 ZEYOA × [solidcore]

The word core made me think about what’s at the heart of ZEYOA. In movement, your core supports you and helps you build strength. For ZEYOA, that foundation is our community the women who show up encourage one another, and make room for someone new.

Watching you challenge yourselves, cheer each other on, and connect afterward reminded me why I started this. There’s something special about finding your own strength while being surrounded by women rooting for you. 🫶🏼

Thank you, [solidcore] Meridian, for welcoming our community and being part of Core & Cider. And to every girl who joined us thank you for being the heart of ZEYOA.

Sunday with @zeyoa.wellness at Solidcore was such a beautiful reminder of what the wellness community is all about. 🤍

If you ever get the chance to attend a Zeyoa event, do it! The community she’s building in the wellness industry is something truly special. I was so happy to be a part of it and reconnect with so many amazing women!

Also, a big thank you to the sweetest instructor and manager at Solidcore! 🫶🏼 If you’re in Meridian, their new location at The Village opens October 28th, so be sure to check them out!
