Travel Smarter with @nomatic 🧳

When I started looking for bags that could keep up with my lifestyle, I discovered NOMATIC. Since then, I’ve slowly replaced my travel essentials with their products. Between the durability, elevated design, and protection plans, they’ve become a staple in how I travel.

Shop my NOMATIC travel essentials through the link in my bio. ✈️

Autumn in New York 🍂 by @zfwilliams23

These are 5 things I’m learning to prioritize in my life, and honestly, they’ve helped me become more intentional about the person I want to be.

1. Therapy
2. Self Care
3. Celebrate your Friends
4. Diversify your Life
5. Do not let your job validate you!

I’m learning that life is so much bigger than work, titles, and achievements. It’s about taking care of yourself, showing up for the people you love, making room for new experiences, and finding happiness outside of what you do for a living.

A reminder to myself and anyone who needs it: keep growing, keep celebrating the people around you, and keep living life in gratitude. 🫶🏼

In the key that our souls were singin’ 🪩

#SeptemberDump by @zfwilliams23

Excited to share my first @substack article. This one has been sitting in my drafts for a few months, and I’m finally ready to put it out into the world.

This year, life changed drastically.

After literally falling on my face at an audition, I found myself looking inward and asking some pretty big questions: What is my purpose? What do I actually want out of this life?

That moment shifted something in me. I started looking at my choices, and the way I approached hurdles, dating, the industry, and even myself through a different lens. These shifts have made life feel a little easier, and I thought it might be time to put pen to paper and share.

🔗 IN BIO to read + subscribe. I’d genuinely love to hear your thoughts.

One thing I’ve come to believe: we’re far less alone than we think. Beneath all the different paths we take, there’s so much common ground. Maybe that’s where healing begins. ✍🏼🤍
