Starting off the week with a front leg focused workout. Mobility, control, full range of motion are the focus. The elevated front and back lunges really challenged my “inner bitch”….And for the first time in my life, I’m able to do Sissy Squats all the way and with no pain/cracking. This move is so much harder than it looks - especially as the “finishing move” on a heavy leg day. Back to my favorite gym day - legs. The stagger stance RDL is a staple as it hits the back chain really well. I like the trap bar and a slight elevation as it increases the range of motion and decreases the strain on low back.
