Happy 1 year anniversary to us! 🎂 It’s been one hell of a journey to get to this massive milestone.

For the first time, I created a menu that represents my Cantonese roots, my friends, family, and all of our experiences of growing up in Chinatown. To share it with New York City and beyond has been the greatest highlight of the year for me.

I would not have been able to live this dream without the best crew that I have ever had the opportunity to work with. They are my childhood friends and my family and we all took a chance on us.

If there is anything to take from this, great things happen when you bet on yourself. taken in Potluck Club by @zhannyy

A love letter to Chinatown. Thank you @nytimes and @mantaichow for sharing our story with the world. For the past month, they followed Chef Zhan & Cory and really dove into Chinatown from their perspective. This is Potluck Club 🫶🏼 taken in Potluck Club by @zhannyy

For Vol. 19 Chino Latino Family Meal™ Chef @zhannyy & @corybng of @potluckclubny will be feeding the restaurant industry General Tso’s chicharrón de pollo and a sweet plantain fried rice loaded with sofrito, Chinese sausage, and scallion 😮‍💨

For the newbies here, Family Meal™ is a project by @nyc8it to SERVE BACK the restaurant industry on their night off and celebrate the often thankless hospitality work they put into making all of our lives more delicious and taken care of 🙏🏽🫶🏽

If you work in the restaurant industry, head to the 🔗 in bio to get on the list for Family Meal™ on Monday March 16th

We can’t wait to serve you soon ❤️‍🔥🎱
