What’s your response to The One who created you? Will you let Him be your redeemer today? I once felt like a “lost cause,” but The Lord rescued my life. He’ll do it for you too. May The Lord Jesus speak to you today, + reveal Himself to you. • • • • • I do not own the rights to this music 💕. My Response - Phil Thompson #worship #gospel by @zhenel__

What happens when singers don’t practice? Absolutely…nothing. You don’t progress. Your voice never becomes what it was destined to be. And that? That can leave you feeling unfulfilled. Disappointed. Wishing you took action. Always hoping but never *becoming.* Especially if you know that you’re called to use your voice in a greater capacity. Stop settling for your excuses on why you can’t practice. Just do it. You’ll thank yourself later when you finally commit and go ALL in on your skills, gift, talents. Your voice deserves better than you give it. Hard truth but necessary. #vocalcoach #gospelsingers #worshipleader #gospelsinger #christianartist by @zhenel__

You have the songs. The desire. The vision. The prophetic words. So why can’t you release what you hear? Maybe the real issue goes deeper than your voice. Comment “VOICE” to watch the full episode. 🎙️ \#vocalcoach #gospelsingers #worshipleader #gospelsinger #christianartist by @zhenel__

How much space have you given other people’s opinions in a voice God gave you? If He has the final say over your life, why does everybody else get one? It’s time to clear the room. I spent years trying to make my voice sound like somebody else’s. And every time I couldn’t, I felt like something was wrong with mine. There isn’t. Thank God for your sound. Develop it. Steward it. And stop rejecting what He gave you. 🎙️ Episode 1 of deep voiced’ girl // podcast — link in bio. #vocalcoach #gospelsingers #worshipleader #gospelsinger #christianmusic by @zhenel__

Give me 4 minutes with this one, because you need to hear this. 🗣️ As a vocalist who sings runs, *daily,* please know that this is not the only form of vocal expression for you discovering your unique sound. There’s a healthy place of wanting to learn how to develop your voice in this area because this is a way that you want to express vocally, how gracious God is. But it’s never been healthy to believe that your voice is weak or not “anointed” because you don’t do multiple runs in a song. (I’ve seen this rhetoric floating around for too long). Singing isn’t solely about riffing, but it’s about who you’re serving. When you learn how to use your voice, you advance it and knowing who you’re serving, can unlock a sound in you that you never realized existed. 🙌🏽 This is what I coach singers through in my 6 Month Vocal Transformation Program, that your voice is built for more, and therefore, it needs more for where you’re going. 🔊 Comment “TEACH ME,” below or click the link in my bio for details. #vocalcoach #gospelsinger #worshipleader #gospelsingers #christiansinger by @zhenel__

Sometimes becoming a more confident singer isn’t about pushing your voice harder. It’s about finally understanding the instrument God gave you. Grace learned more about her ear, her range, and where her voice actually functions best—and suddenly she had language for something she didn’t understand before. Instead of forcing herself to sing a song exactly where somebody else sings it, she can now confidently say: “Can we change the key?” 🔐 THAT is vocal confidence too. ❤️‍🔥 Knowing your instrument. Knowing when something needs to change instead of assuming you need to push harder. Inside Confident Worship Singer, we’re not trying to turn you into somebody else. We’re giving you the tools to understand, develop, and steward your voice.🧬 If you’re ready to stop guessing your way through singing and actually understand what your voice needs, comment “TEACH ME.” #vocalcoach #gospelsinger #worshipleader #christianartist #gospelsingers by @zhenel__

Christian singers, artists, leaders, songwriters? 🗣️ Your voice won’t survive without the warmups it needs. The fatigue. The strain? You want your voice to run a marathon, and you haven’t even stretched your muscles for it. I’ve rebuilt + upgraded this vocal library 3 times over the years, and I’m excited for you to have them, plus a bonus inside 👀 Access the warmups other singers and artists are using to open up their voices for God’s glory. ❤️‍🔥 The Vocal Closet, only $27. Comment “BUILD” for lifetime access. by @zhenel__

She didn’t just need better vocal technique. She needed freedom from the lie that someone else’s voice meant hers wasn’t good enough. 🥹 And THAT is why Confident Worship Singer has never been just about learning how to sing better. Yes, we’re giving singers the keys they need to unlock a greater sound in their voices… But we’re also doing the deeper work of helping you break agreement with comparison, fear, and the lies that have made you question what God placed inside of you. You don’t need to become somebody else to be powerful. You need to learn how to steward the voice God gave YOU—and begin seeing yourself the way He sees you.  If you’re ready for that kind of transformation in your voice, confidence, and walk with God, Comment “TEACH ME,” I’d love to invite you to apply for Confident Worship Singer. #vocalcoach #gospelsinger #gospelsingers #worshipleader #christiansinger by @zhenel__

Hear my heart in the caption… The hip hop/rap + R&B/soul singer duo, will never get tired. Playing this song back today and I’m very honored of @principalvernonthompson for even allowing me to feature on this. So powerful. I appreciate what he does for our community and the work must continue. Thank you for what you’re doing, sir! May God bless you and all that you inspire. 🙏🏽 Our youth need direction, inspiration and education. They need to see us out making a difference (our life) and speaking into their lives, that they may have great examples to follow from. As someone who grew up low-income, in the public school systems, in Memphis, TN, these are messages and convictions I hold dear to my heart. It’s time to take action and lead more. Start seeking God for strategies, wisdom and gathering resources to put action and footsteps behind what we pray. Faith without the work? Is dead. Be the change. Spread love. Keep interceding. Step outside, boldly. #education #youth #blackexcellence by @zhenel__
