✝️Ephesians 2:8-10📖
2022 has been a year of immense and intense spiritual growth.I am eternally grateful to our Lord for arranging the best people in this world around me to comfort me, protect me, and put up with me with incredible patience, love and selflessness that could only came from Him. He renewed my strength as I waited for Him, prayed, and then witnessed His act.
As I prayed constantly, our Lord turned around the devils’ plot, saved me from further plots, restored me completely, and even used this to reveal His power and glory.
In the past 8 months, our Lord answered each and every one of my prayers, forgave and washed away my past sins, delivered the biggest miracle of my life so far, saved my life by His grace through faith, and reshaped me into a completely new person that I could have never imagined ❤️‍🔥✝️🙏🏼 Throughout the 8 months of waiting, I was reborn and made new. I washed my face with tears daily in repentance. The only sustenance of my life was God’s love, it was, and will always be my only source of peace, strength and security. God also provided for me throughout the entire 8 months so I could focus on Him and nothing else, on the heavenly and not the worldly. So I could only be still and knowing Lord was fighting for me as He parted the Red Sea in my life. Then I learned I shall only please the Lord with my thoughts, words and actions, and shall care about nothing else in this world.
In 2022, our Lord pulled me from the broad gate that I entered as I walked my way that leads to destruction, and placed me at the gate of narrow path that leads to life. I learned to repent and forgive. Through constant prayers I watched God’s miracle unfold. I learned repentance and obedience in the way Job himself learned it. The old me was dead but it’s Christ that lives in me 🙏🏼
Lesson learned: Never give up! The Lord will fight for you, you only need to be still and trust Him completely 🙏🏼
But, as it is written, “What no eye has seen, nor ear heard, nor the heart of man imagined, what God has prepared for those who love Him”.
May my life be used to further His kingdom on earth, practise His will and display His glory. Amen. #hallelujah taken in Thornhill Presbyterian Church by @zhenyili419

💒🛐「但我斷不以別的誇口,只誇我主耶穌基督的十字架。」二十七歲像過完了別人的一生。人的盡頭,神的起頭。我什麼時候軟弱,什麼時候就剛強了。His power is perfected in my weakness. It took a lot of courage to revisit, recollect and reflect my past, to speak out my most painful moments, and to expose my weakness. Yet it is completely worth it to expose my weakness to glorify our Lord and speak out my testimony!

However, as Matthew 10:26 says,
“Whatever I tell you in the dark, speak in the light; and what you hear in the ear, preach on the housetops. “I believe the Lord’s divine intervention and restoration of me in 2022 shall not be kept in darkness. I must tell this to the world to show this world His mighty divine power, His love, His forgiveness and His mercy. And also, to protect the general public or at least raise some awareness.

I believe all my past’s highs and lows, rights and wrongs, losses and regains were all parts of God’s divine plan to display His power, glory and love to this world; thus bringing people closer to Jesus. Therefore, I praise the Lord for each and every moment of His plan, even the pain it entailed since it was a part of His reshaping process.

I hope my testimony could serve its purpose, be it bringing you closer to Jesus, instilling your fear of the Lord, inviting you to cast your burden onto the Lord and trust in Him and forgive… if you can take anything from it, then my past sufferings would have fulfilled its purpose and did not happen in vain.

“God made me fruitful in the land of my suffering.”

“But by the grace of God I am what I am, and His grace which was bestowed upon me was not in vain”

💒📖Today’s Responsive Reading: Psalms 121 “I lift up my eyes to the hills— where does my help come from? My help comes from the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth. He will not let your foot slip— he who watches over you will not slumber; indeed, he who watches over Israel will neither slumber nor sleep. The Lord watches over you— the Lord is your shade at your right hand; the sun will not harm you by day, nor the moon by night. The Lord will keep you from all harm— he will watch over your life; the Lord will watch over your coming and going both now and forevermore.” taken in Thornhill Presbyterian Church by @zhenyili419

💒Today’s Responsive Reading: 📖Psalm 103
“Bless the Lord, O my soul, and all that is within me, bless his holy name!
Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits, who forgives all your iniquity, who heals all your diseases, who redeems your life from the pit, who crowns you with steadfast love and mercy, who satisfies you with good so that your youth is renewed like the eagle’s. The Lord works righteousness and justice for all who are oppressed. He made known his ways to Moses, his acts to the people of Israel. The Lord is merciful and gracious, slow to anger and abounding in steadfast love. He will not always chide, nor will he keep his anger forever. He does not deal with us according to our sins, nor repay us according to our iniquities. For as high as the heavens are above the earth, so great is his steadfast love toward those who fear him; as far as the east is from the west, so far does he remove our transgressions from us. As a father shows compassion to his children, so the Lord shows compassion to those who fear him. For he knows our frame; he remembers that we are dust. As for man, his days are like grass; he flourishes like a flower of the field; for the wind passes over it, and it is gone, and its place knows it no more. But the steadfast love of the Lord is from everlasting to everlasting on those who fear him, and his righteousness to children’s children, to those who keep his covenant and remember to do his commandments. The Lord has established his throne in the heavens, and his kingdom rules over all. Bless the Lord, O you his angels, you mighty ones who do his word, obeying the voice of his word! Bless the Lord, all his hosts, his ministers, who do his will! Bless the Lord, all his works, in all places of his dominion. Bless the Lord, O my soul!” taken in Thornhill Presbyterian Church by @zhenyili419

📖💒Easter’s responsive reading: “Give thanks to the Lord, for he is good; his love endures forever.
Let Israel say: “His love endures forever.” Let the house of Aaron say: “His love endures forever.”
Let those who fear the Lord say: “His love endures forever.”
“The Lord has chastened me severely, but he has not given me over to death. Open for me the gates of the righteous; I will enter and give thanks to the Lord. This is the gate of the Lord through which the righteous may enter. I will give you thanks, for you answered me; you have become my salvation. The stone the builders rejected has become the cornerstone; the Lord has done this, and it is marvelous in our eyes. The Lord has done it this very day; let us rejoice today and be glad.”

Today’s Responsive Reading: 📖💒”Lord, who may dwell in your sacred tent? Who may live on your holy mountain? The one whose walk is blameless, who does what is righteous, who speaks the truth from their heart; whose tongue utters no slander, who does no wrong to a neighbor, and casts no slur on others; who despises a vile person but honors those who fear the Lord; who keeps an oath even when it hurts, and does not change their mind; who lends money to the poor without interest; who does not accept a bribe against the innocent. Whoever does these things will never be shaken.”
