✅ 10km KLSCM 2026.

Managed to get 4th place for Woman Open category! It was a close race - almost caught up with @theratnams18 at the last 500m but she was simply too fast 🙂.

There were a number of slopes, but the most difficult one was at the last leg of the race!

Definitely love to race again in KLSCM next year, but may be it’s time to challenge 21km 🤔

🎉Booms Run 13 Sept 2026

First 10K road race in months, feels like starting a new chapter, 再出发啦, doing the things I enjoy. 🏃‍♀️

Chasing pace didn’t work out so well last time. This time, my plan was just to run by feel, read my body, and adjust along the way.

It’s very refreshing to run this way 😊. The run was much pleasant, I could even sprint near the finishing line to the cheers of the wonderful crowd, and my timing was not bad! 💨

Also got a surprise interview by @arenamalaysia.asia 🎥

Finally it’s over.

⭐️5000m #6

✅ No heart rate collapse

I wish I could’ve done better but I have tried my best given my current circumstances 🥹. Started the race worrying my heart rate may collapse again, but it seems that my training regime for the last three months is bearing fruits. Cheers!!!

A very challenging year for me with many setbacks. But my friends and families are with me. I will be back!

Closing one chapter, opening another 🎓

So grateful to be selected for the 2nd intake at UPNM. Still letting this sink in.

Truth is, I was genuinely happy at Perak Matriculation College; good training environment, good food, no complaints at all. But when this offer came along, I just had to grab it. Some chances don’t come twice.

It’s been early mornings training, late study nights, and learning (the hard way, sometimes) how to hold both sides, the athlete and the student, without dropping either one.

Some days it’s messy, some days it clicks.

New campus, new chapter, same goals. SUKMA prep continues. 🏃‍♀️📚🎓

🏃🏻‍♀️Kejohanan Olahraga Terbuka Pulau Pinang ke 88

First track competition of the year.

Surprised when I was informed that I have broken a championship record (10000m) that has stood since ‘93 but the biggest takeaway isn’t the record or the medal. It’s the running mechanics. Still plenty to work on and improve.
