I am so proud of @jess___hurley helping lead our sisters event @lifechurchderby last night. This year she just keeps stepping into things that are scary or uncomfortable and watching her grow is one of my favorite things ever. She is such a great leader, wife, mom, business owner, and friend. I don’t know what I would do without her! by @zhurley7

Spent some time this weekend with @jerryfhurley transforming our dining room table. We added two feet to the length, about 6 inches to the width, and built a new top for it. I’m really happy with how it turned out! by @zhurley7

I’m really pushing on some personal disciplines this month. Finding consistency has always been my biggest problem when it comes to fitness. I’ll get excited about something then fall out of it after a month or so. But right now I’m really finding a rhythm between running, HIIT, and Yoga. I’m just trying to do at least 15 minutes every day of one of those. The consistency is paying off, did my longest run yet and shaved off 30 seconds of my run pace! by @zhurley7

I read a quote earlier this week “if you aren’t motivated, be consistent, through consistency, you’ll find motivation again”. I did NOT feel like cooking tonight, but we’re really trying to be intentional with our eating right now and we have a busy few nights ahead so I whipped up some chili in the instant pot and some pork tacos for dinner. As it turns out consistency is best when it ends with pork tacos. by @zhurley7

Some days these boys keep us on our toes. They test our patience and our energy. But even on the hard days it’s amazing to watch @jess___hurley lean in and give her best to them and to our family. I don’t know what I’d do without her. I’m so thankful for all the ways she helps the three of us boys be better every day. by @zhurley7
