Just having fun. Have I ever told you that I love Kingdom Hearts & Final Fantasy and Anime? #calisthenics #kingdomhearts #blackandwhite by @ziadsalihx
My Best Achievement Yet. It's more mental than anything else. Pain and suffering will always be there so it rather depends on how much you can endure it. High Volume Max-Out Pullups are a great way to train, but can't be done every Session. But it's always nice to check where your level is. In general, Pullups are for me the best exercise for health, strength, aesthetic, you name it. Works on Grips and Core, too. Great gym with everything you need. Welcoming people and a real community feel. Thanks @spt.gym #calisthenics #motivation #discipline #pullups #challenge by @ziadsalihx
Why run laps? 🏃‍♂️ 1. Mental toughness Repeating the same loop teaches patience, discipline, and how to keep going when things feel repetitive. 2. Better pacing You become more aware of your effort, rhythm, and energy with every lap. 3. Fewer distractions No changing routes, traffic, or guessing distances. Just running and focusing on the work. 4. Easy progress tracking Every lap gives immediate feedback on pace, consistency, and endurance. 5. Builds consistency Laps remind you that improvement usually comes from doing the simple things over and over. Tips for long lap runs 1. Focus on one lap at a time instead of the total distance. 2. Break the run into smaller sections mentally. 3. Stay relaxed early so you don’t burn out halfway through. 4. Find a rhythm with your breathing, music, or cadence. 5. Remember that the challenge is just as mental as it is physical. The lap stays the same. You don’t. #davidgoggins #motivation #discipline #inspiration #running by @ziadsalihx
I asked. God answered. Not the way I expected… but the way I needed. Sometimes blessings come disguised as challenges. Sometimes growth requires letting go. And sometimes… understanding comes last. #calisthenics #motivation #god #aesthetic #discipline by @ziadsalihx
