Fueling up the right way as a natural Gym girl 💪🏾
Whether I’m heading to the gym or recovering after, this dairy-free powerhouse shake is my ultimate go-to. No dairy, all clean nutrition!

Here is what is going into the blender:
Coconut Milk: Provides MCTs (medium-chain triglycerides) for quick, sustained cellular energy.

Oats: Delivers complex carbohydrates and beta-glucan fiber for steady stamina and digestion.

Banana: Rich in potassium and fast-acting carbs to prevent muscle cramps and aid recovery.

Peanut Butter: Offers plant-based protein and healthy fats to support muscle repair.

Sea Moss Gel: Contains 92 essential minerals to support immunity, thyroid function, and overall vitality.

Cinnamon, Nutmeg & Cloves: Powerful anti-inflammatory spices packed with antioxidants.

Sugarcane Sugar: Unrefined raw energy to quickly replenish glycogen stores.

Vanilla Extract: Pure extract providing trace antioxidants without artificial additives.

Honoring the temple that God lend me to care for, watering it, nourishing it, loving it, respecting it, being grateful for it, treating it with care.

I stay natural because God made no mistakes while designing me 😍

Anyways...

I stay fine 💅🏾
I'm not new to this I'm true to this 👑
